My password

I have successfully created an account which but I can’t log in. When I try logging in it’s says my password is incorrect ant when I click reset password it doesn’t send anything to my email. Pls help me

If you are talking about logging into your parent portal account, teacher account, or admin account in PowerSchool SIS, reach out to your PowerSchool Admin at your district or to IT.
