Access to submit tickets and such

Good afternoon,

I am the new Student Information System Administrator for the school district and need help getting permissions to all I need.  Especially to submit tickets for Hosting purposes.  The person I am replacing thought she has set me up properly, but alas it is not working.

 

Can you please reach and let me know how to go about getting this done?

I am having a similar issue. I have been granted access by the school district but am unable to open a support ticket. Could you also review my access to the Case Portal?

I am having a similar issue with submitting a support ticket.  Until recently, it was not a problem.

Some resources in the community such as the Support Case Portal are accessible based on the role assigned by your school or district.

 

This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.

 

I will reach out via a case to further discuss your access to the Support Case Portal.

In the same boat I just got an access to forms but still can not put a ticket.

I have called and came this far I am able to post here but I still can not put tickets in yet I am the data specialist who is managing CalPads and PowerSchool here. I am not sure how to get access.
