Your best option will be to reach out to the school that the account was tied to. They would be able to provide you with a transcript or if you are needing more detail from individual grades they might be able pull those from their student information system for you. It isn't unheard of for schools to deactivate accounts once a student transfers because they are limited on the number of licenses they have purchased for a product.
