I wanted to reach out and ask how I can delete this assignment.
Since the term associated with this assignment is locked, you will need to contact your local PowerSchool administrator. They can unlock the section(s) associated with this assignment for that term and allow you to make the adjustment. They can do that from the Teacher Schedule screen.
