I did not see anything about a INOW service build for Alabama INOW or Health. I got my information from Tony Thacker from the Alabama State Department. I have always gotten these but it was sent only to him I guess. That was a very important service build we have been waiting on for requirements being lifted about the withdrawing to institution.
