I received an email stating that I've been invited to interview. However, when I log into my SchoolSpring account, no interview requests show. What should I do in this situation?
Answer
When an interview request is sent, it should show the interview status under Submissions>Application Status. For more detailed instructions regarding how to check your interview status, click here.
If you have taken these steps, but do not see the interview invitation, please reach out to the school district for assistance.
