I am having an issue transferring data from old Schoolspring account. Many error/you don't have access/wrong email/account belongs to another email messages. If I try to 'skip' I am given a message that says: you'll never have access to old data if you don't transfer. But when I go for tech support, I get a message which says: you don't have access to this resource.
Please advise.
