We are streamlining the products in our case portal so that you will only see your products in the product field instead of having to sort through all PowerSchool products. This will make it much easier to select a product when submitting a case.
Along with this, you will see updated product names in our community, case portal, and chat so that you will see the same consistent names as you interact with support and our various PowerSchool teams.
Products on Case Form
1) Select your account from the Account field
2) Based on your account, you will see your products in the Product dropdown.
