Failed to Login to Unified Talent Portal

I already have an account at but anytime I try to log in to Unified Talent, there is a problem in logging in. 


I keeps telling me that I have entered an incorrect username or password!'


I requested a password reset but always receive notice that a reset link has been sent to my email

but I never receive any message or instructions to reset my password.

Kindly assist me out because i have told to update some documents.

Would you please try to switch to another browser or clear-browser-history-cache-and-cookies and check if you are receiving the reset password link? Please check your spam/junk folders for the email with reset link.
