Facts about Reference Checks

• If your reference has already completed a specific reference check form (i.e. Certified Reference Check), they will not automatically receive an additional copy of the same reference if you apply for another job in the district that requires the same form that has already been completed
• If you apply to a job that is associated with a different reference check, the reference will receive the different reference check form, despite having already completed a reference form (as it may contain different questions).
• If you apply to a job at a different district, reference check forms will not be transferred and the reference will have to complete the reference check again.

Is it possible to receive an email when reference checks are completed?  Or do we just have to keep checking back on TalentEd?  Thanks so much!

Hi @sherrick

Under Configure>staff email notifications, you can set up a notification with the event "Reference Survey Certified, Classified, etc. Returned"
