How to Reset Password for Family Portal Account using Web Browser?
Solution
If you have forgotten your portal account password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to www.kickboardforschools.com
- Click Login in the top right, then click I already have an account under "I'm a Family Member"
- Click Forgot your password? above the login button.
- Enter your registered email address and click Send.
- A verification code has been sent to your email inbox. Retrieve the code, then return to the Family Portal log-in screen.
- If you need the code to be resent, you can click Resend Verification Code.
- Type in a new password. It must be at least 8 characters long. Confirm the password and then enter the verification code that was emailed to you. Click Reset Password.
Your password will be saved, and you will be brought back to the log-in screen where you can type in your email address and new password to log in.
