Performance Test |
To prepare Permission Click for back-to-school busy season, we have run performance testing on various parts of the application such as OneRoster Imports, Form Rostering, Emails. |
Customer Filters without Value [Reports] |
With the introduction of this improvement, users will have the ability to input Custom filters in the Reporting feature without the necessity to define a value. Upon generation of the report, the system will request the user to provide a value for the filter. This enhancement augments the adaptability and user-friendliness of the custom filter feature, allowing each user to input values that are pertinent to their specific data set.

Read Only User Type |
District/School Administrators now have the capability to allocate Read-Only access to either an existing user or during the creation of a new user in Permission Click. Instructions on how to grant Read-Only access are available at the provided link. |
Set Filter(s) To Multiple sheets |
This enhancement empowers users to employ the Variables feature within the Reports section to assign filters to multiple sheets. Instructions on how to implement this can be found in the provided documentation. |
Homeroom Value Suggestion |
The enhancement to the reporting feature now includes filters for the Homeroom field, presenting users with a dropdown list of all available Homerooms. This is a significant improvement from the previous requirement where users had to input the precise Homeroom value. |

For the ease of our users, we have created a Homeroom template within Reporting. Details on how to access and generate the report can be found here. |
Flexible Timeframe Deposit Report |
For the ease of our users, we have created a Flexible Timeframe Deposit Report template within Reporting. Details on how to access and generate the report can be found here. |
Additional Language Support |
We are adding Hindi, Hebrew, Japanese and Chinese [Traditional] languages to our Form Translation Support. |
Removal of Social Media Links |
We have discontinued the social media links that previously directed customers to Permission Click’s digital resources. For the latest updates and news, we recommend that Permission Click users follow PowerSchool’s social media channels and join the Permission Click Community Page. |

Allow Form to be Shared with Tags |
Users who utilized OneRoster encountered a limitation where they could not distribute forms from the Staff Form Library using Tags that were imported through the OneRoster import process. This issue has been addressed and resolved in the latest software update. |
