Bug Fixes

Bug	Description
Admin - Forms Dashboard	When an Admin deletes a form draft from the Form Editor, the actual form would disappear from the Forms Dashboard instead of just the form draft. This issue has now been resolved.
Admin - My Forms	When an Admin is on the Form Manager page for any form and clicks the Form Tab in the Top Navigation header, the My Forms page does not display any forms until the user manually refreshes the browser. This issue has now been resolved.
Admin - Notifications	Deleted Admin users were still receiving "Account Updated" SafePay Email Notifications if the notification setting was left enabled before their account was deleted. This issue has now been resolved.
Admin - SIS Extract	When there are repeated fields in the column headings, To ensure no impact on the SIS Extract and proper differentiation, the column headings in the SIS Extract File have been modified to include "_x" (where x is the number).
