Permission Click is not only teacher-friendly but also parent-friendly. You can set up your forms so respondents can answer for multiple children at once without having to complete the same fields multiple times. Questions to a specific child will be answered separately through a seamless respondent experience.
To allow parents to add multiple children to a single form, scroll to the bottom of your Form Builder and toggle “Parent may respond for more than one child” to on.
If that option is locked, you must be on an "Anyone Can Respond" form. That option will only be available on “Parent for Child” forms.
