Can Parents respond for more than one child?
When Responding to a form, a parent may have the option to respond for more than one child. When parents start filling out the form, they can add a child to their response by clicking the “Add Child” button.
This is particularly useful for parents with multiple children, so they don’t need to fill out multiple separate forms and there’s no need to fill out the same fields twice.
In the Form Builder, scroll down to the form settings and turn the toggle on, to allow this feature to be added to the form.
As parents, add children to the form, they are presented with a series of questions for each child from the “Questions About Each Child” section.
