SSO is not working

We received this message when trying to log in via SSO to SchoolMessenger.

 

Invalid customer URL. Please check the web address and try again.

 

How do we resolve this?

Looks like we are all down.  There is another thread addressing it.  No word from SchoolMessenger yet.

Thank you for reaching out to the PowerSchool Community. 

 

There are some current performance issues with SchoolMessenger Communicate at this time.

 

PowerSchool has a product status site available which provides the status of all PowerSchool products.

 

I recommend subscribing to the updates on this site to receive email notice of performance issue or outages.
