How To: Reset Your SchoolMessenger Communicate Password

This resource provides information on how to reset the password for your SchoolMessenger Communicate account. Note: this resource is not intended for users logging in via LDAP or SAML.

 

How to Reset Your SchoolMessenger Communicate Password

 

  1. Navigate to your institution's SchoolMessenger Communicate login page
  2. Select the Forgot Your Password? link
  3. Input your username in both the Username and Confirm Username fields
  4. Select Send

The system will redirect you to a new Password Assistance page. You will also receive a password reset email at the email address associated with your SchoolMessenger Communicate account. This password reset email will include a confirmation code.

 

Input the confirmation code in the appropriate field on the Password Assistance page and create and confirm your new password. Once your new password has been created, select Continue to sign in and complete the password reset process.
