To bring in a feed of news stories from an external source, click Import.
You will be asked to choose to import a Comma Separated Values (CSV) or RSS feed with your news stories.
Enter the Feed url. In the case of a CSV, you can also choose a file from your local computer via the Browse button.
Next choose how often the feed should be synchronized. If you just want to do a one-time import of the data, choose Just Once.
If you are wanting to continually import data from the Feed url choose to sync the data Every day, Every hour or Every 15 minutes.
When you are ready to import your feed, click Next.
At the top of the page, you will see an Import Sources section with all the imports you have imported.
When you first add a new file or URL, it may take a few minutes for the file to be imported.
To check the status of an import, click the clock icon.
The status of the most recent import attempt will be displayed.
If you want to edit the settings for an import, click the pencil icon.
Note: You can only edit the settings for recurring imports. You are not able to update the configuration settings for one-time imports.
Make any changes you wish and click Save.
To delete an import source, click the icon to the right of source you wish to remove.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
In addition to the source being removed, the items that were imported by the source will also be removed.
