We sent out a broadcast on May 16 called Weather. This broadcast was sent out by Jamie Pund. We have been getting report that the boardcast did not to a lot of our contacts through a text message. When I download the report I have noticed a large number of Ineligiable to send which says Blocked : No Opt in or block list. When I looked at the contacts a few of them were in Pending or NO. I also looked in our blocked list and the number do not show up. The blocked list is not normal so I am not sure why?
