Adding new department

I have a new department at my university.  I want to add that new department so that I may post a position.  How do I do that?

I am not sure how to do what you are asking. However, I found a random note in a pdf attached to one of the knowledge based articles that said to contact support to get channels or groups created. It may be worth checking with them.
