The Technical Solutions Group ("TSG") offers an extensive variety of technical service offerings and support options that districts can choose from before, during, or after their implementation. Experienced Systems Engineers are available to work on-site or off-site with the district technical resources to provide professional consulting services for Infrastructure Technology environments as well as PowerSchool application configurations.
NOTE: TSG is not affiliated with the Technical Support department and is unable to address any questions relating to the use or troubleshooting of functionality within the application. Customers with questions of this nature should contact theTechnical Supportdepartment.
PowerSchool's Hosting Services department provides infrastructure solutions that alleviate the need for customers to host their own hardware and software for PowerSchool, allowing each organization to spend more time working with student data and less time addressing hardware and software concerns. Our Software as a Service offering minimizes the cost, time, and effort required to begin using PowerSchool for your day-to-day needs. Our customization services are designed to provide flexible solutions that answer the individual needs of Districts and Schools. Made to order reports, custom pages, scripts and integration solutions can be scoped and developed for districts of all sizes.
The current average wait time for quotes is 2 weeks depending upon complexity and new work can begin as soon as 3-4 weeks upon receipt of the PO. Urgent requests for service will be considered for expedited service on a case by case basis. Please take these lead times into consideration when planning your request.
