i need to know why my parent login isnt working and why do i need a snap code

Hi @msimpson58!

The "Snap Code" is a fifteen character long (letter and digit combination) code that is sent by the school to the parent's registered email address in order for the parent to login to the registration site. In case you did not receive the "Snap Code", I recommend reaching out to the school as they should be able to assist you further.
