trouble trying to enroll in pre-k

I got the email with the snap code and made an account on my phone today. But once I started the registration process it wouldn't let me insert any data into the forms. Tried doing it on my laptop but it says my email and password aren't correct but I know they are because I submitted it on my phone and it worked fine.
