cant log on to parental account cant reset password

Hello I got logged out of my parental account & I cant get back in. The message i get says 'log in failed invalid email or password go back & seach for it" then i try to reset my password & it never emails me to reset. Tried the 1-800 number & it says i need a support code that no one can give me. Cant find any info here in the help forum. Dont know what to do
