there is no usability to this app. Resetting your password should be easy and not keeping you permanently locked out and that is NOT REAL CONVENIENT IN THE SUMMER WHEN I NEED TO PRINT A REPORT CARD.
Find a better way to reset passwords without completely locking you out of this absolute dumpster fire of an app.
Whoever designed this website/app should be fired.

It’s clear the login and password reset process for Home Access Center needs serious improvement—especially during critical times like summer report card access. A more user-friendly system with secure, instant recovery options would greatly reduce frustration and downtime.
