Unable to complete registration

I accidentally started filling out the new student page. I changed all the selections back to the default, but summary page flags it at errors. Also, I have to list 2 different MDs (pediatritian and pediatric psychiatrist), so it will not let me past the MD phone number since there are two listed. I am unable to complete my child's registration.

I was able to correct the MD issue but am unable to bypass the new student information, so I can submit the registration. I st ill need help to resolved this issue. My child is not a new student and I reset all of the information on the page to the default but it did not work.

You would need to reach out to your school directly and they should be able to assist you with the student information on the application.
