I cant get passed the 1st "student" page. I have filled out all the information but when I click next at the bottom of the page nothing happens

Please make sure that all the required fields are filled in before moving on to the next page.

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, make sure that conflicting browser extensions are disabled.

Try using a different browser.  Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported.

Would you please confirm if you were able to submit the form? If yes, what helped solve the issue?
