Student Account Issue

I'm a parent of a of a high school and middle school student. I followed the registration steps via my cell phone. The PowerSchool App was downloaded and completed registration steps. As a parent I can see my oldest account, but NOT my youngest son's account. Everything is blank! How can I see what assignments are due, attendance, and so forth?

We will be happy to assist you, would you please confirm if you can view the youngest son's account by logging through the Parent Portal website?  Is this issue faced only while using the mobile app?
