Registration for new year 2023

Good afternoon! My son graduated from Vance on 2022, we tried to find a good school for him and we got an offer in a CREC school, we don’t like the environment and he had a bad year with the other kids … I don’t want him there next year and tried all schools around and they told me that I need to register again,,, I can’t find the form and I don’t know what to do “. Can you please guide me with this? I do really appreciate it !
