Payment issues

I need a contact for payment isssues.  The site will not accept any form of payment for the bus and to no one to talk to but to make a post here ???  Ridiculous

I am sorry you are facing difficulties with payment on the site. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you with payments. The school's website should contain the updated contact information of your school.

I am having payment issues as well. I have entered a checking account, as well as credit/debit card numbers, and I keep getting an error message saying that my info is incorrect. I know that it is not incorrect. I believe it is your site. Please help.

Here is the message I keep receiving- "Please check the accuracy of all fields and try again. If the problem persists, contact support."

When I click on “contact support," it brings me to this site.

I am sorry you were facing issues with payments on the site. I recommend reaching out to the school district who should be able to work with our support teams if required and fix the issue and also assist you with the payment.
