Online Registration

Hi, this is Rakesh regarding the online choice program registration. I created my account on 3/6/2020 at about 8pm and I did not complete the whole process so I saved it and signed out at the time as per instructions in link.

Today I started once again but system did not allow me to log in with same email and password.

It is showing that the email is not located in the system. Maybe I entered the email wrong or something. Since the snapcode is already associated with the email what can i do now?
