New Enrollment submission issue

Hi 

I am having issues with submitting the New enrollment form for the Collegium Charter School. The site says 'submitting updates' once the submit tab entered and just keep on scrolling on it without any updates. I already tried different web browsers and no required field was missing. Any help is really appreciated.
