My child was born on January 2019
Hi everyone,
I was trying to apply for my child for kindergarten program but the problem is the application is not going through as the requirements for kindergarten admission program is 5 years, My child was born on January 2019 and by October 1st, he's going to be 4 years and 8 months. Is there any exception that can be done by the school board to waive this period? Please i need your advice. Thanks in advance.

Hi @eslamsalem20201,
Good Day! Thank you for submitting your question to the PowerSchool Community! School districts work with PowerSchool to create registration forms following the school's requests and requirements. I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school to discuss the age limit that was created within this year's Registration form. The school can reach out to PowerSchool to revisit the requirements for registration forms.
