Name of the student is wrong

The first name of the Student is wrong. So I went and corrected it under "Account" under "Student Information". Still under "Form" under "Student Information", name is not getting refreshed. Kindly Help

Still waiting to hear back. As I didn't hear back I submitted the registration with a wrong first name of the student
