Leap Year in Registration Form

Greetings,

The new student registration form does not support leap years, specifically birth days on February 29th.  I am trying to enter details for a birth date on 2/29, but "29" does not appear the "Legal Date of Birth - Day" drop down when "February" is selected for "Legal Date of Birth - Month".

I am also unable to access options for either chat or phone support.  At this point it is impossible to proceed with registration.

I see you are working with the Support team in a case to review the issue with filling up your form.

There was an error with the form and we were able to address and resolve it for you. So please sign in to your account and you will be able to chose the correct Date of Birth from the "Legal Date of Birth - Day" drop down field.
