Incorrect form

I have clicked the link to complete a returning application for my son. The link is coming up as a new student registration with my other son's name on it. There is no option to change. Please help.  Thanks.

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties submitting the Enrollment form to school. The school district may have temporarily suspended the form or may have not released it yet. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in enrolling your child to school.
