I am getting "Exception: StudentIdentifier: 173474 not authorized for user." when I try to do the "Annual Student Update." I was able to do it for my daughter, I am not trying to do it for my son.

This could be due to an SSO error. Single Sign-on (SSO) is a method of accessing your student's registration forms via the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
