Hi, I made a enrollment power school back in January (January 4th to be exact), sent an application and everything, last time I logged into that account was back in march I believe, I tried 2 weeks ago and today to log back into the account and everytime I put “forgot password”, it says I do not have an account, but I know I do? I am 100% sure I am putting in the correct email considering I have the notifactions I got back in January when I made the new account. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this? If it’s any help I applied my child for 11th grade and in Chicago.
