Enrollment Form

I completed the enrollment form a while ago and I accidentally put the wrong number for what grade my child is entering. I put 5 but I meant to put 6. I am trying to make the change but it won't allow me to. Will I have to call Student Enrollment to make this change?

Once a form has been submitted, it cannot be edited. I suggest reaching out to your school or district directly to inform them of the necessary changes.
