Returning Student

I’m trying to add my student to an existing Parent Portal I have. When I click add student, it’s telling the Access ID and password is invalid. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! @skyhigh9910 

 

The unique Access ID and Password help link students to the Parent Portal account and is provided by the district. It is not the same as the Parent Portal credentials.  I recommend contacting the school to obtain the Access ID and Password.
