I have a pre-registered student in Enrollment Express who has not moved from Enrollment Express over to the Enrollment School in PowerSchool after I "approved her pre-registration". Not sure what I did wrong -- not sure what I even did! 🙂
The parent completed the Pre-Registration for Enrollmenttwice. I think when I "checked for duplicates" in Enrollment Express, I merged the two. Or maybe I rejected one and approved one. Whatever the case -- now one shows in Enrollment Express as "Approved" and one shows as "Rejected". But the student does not show up in the Enrollment School.
This seems to be an issue with the system setup. You would need to report this issue to a Technical Contact of your district so that they can work on this with Powerschool Support through a case and have a look into the form settings.
