Q&A: Customer Connect and Account Contacts

Summary

Customer Connect is PowerSchool’s self-service account portal designed to give eligible users, specifically Technical Contacts and Billing Contacts, quick access to key account information, support activity, active subscriptions(Products) and project updates. It’s part of our ongoing Customer Journey initiative to create a more connected and streamlined customer experience.

 

Question

How can we find out who our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is for our account? 

 

Answer

If you are unsure how to contact the PowerSchool Customer Success team or your CSM (Customer Success Manager), you can find their contact details by logging into PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab and selecting Success (accessible to Technical Contacts only).

 

Question

How do we see a list of all the active products or subscriptions on my account?

 

Answer

You are able to view your active PowerSchool subscriptions (Products) in the Customer Connect tab in PowerSchool Community. This information can specifically be found under the Support tab towards the bottom of the page under "Your School’s Purchased PowerSchool Products".
 
Please note - Only Technical Contacts can access the Customer Connect Tab in the PowerSchool Community Portal.
