promoting students

I am trying to promote students up to the next grade, is this what the page should look like, I have set the Kindergarten students to have a 1 for the next grade. I will attach a picture.

Hi @Annacls21  Absolutely NOT. You are using Student Field Value to clear the Sched_NextYearGrade field, which has nothing to do with promoting students. As I mentioned in your previous post about promoting students, you should be using the EOY process to do this.
