parent and student contacts

What would be the best way to create a way to keep track of student and parent contacts. By parent contacts, I mean phone calls, conversations, meetings, conferences. emails etc.

I am new to powerschool and looking for help.

PowerSchool comes with Log Entries out-of-the-box, so you could use those.If you are a teacher you can use the Observations function in PT Pro. They are called "Observations" but you can type whatever you'd like in them.

PowerSchool is endlessly customizable, so there are many options.
