View who made a schedule change in PowerScheduler

Does anyone know how to find out who made a change to a student's schedule in PowerScheduler?

If you have Change History already turned on and have access, that will allow to see the information.

Does this apply to PowerScheduler?  Or just on the live side?  I can not see how to activate this in PowerScheduler.

I don't believe that change history applies to PowerScheduler class enrollment (schedulecc) records, but it does track changes in the cc table (live side class enrollements).
