Unable to login and even reset password

I have been trying to login with a valid user id and password in the below URL

https://homeaccess.katyisd.org/HomeAccess/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=/HomeAccess/

Every time getting error. I need to use this to enroll (re-register) my son into the Katy ISD.

Need urgent help to get my login reset and enabled.

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to reset your password:

• The email address associated with the Home Access Center account is a separate email address from the one you are currently using, or it may be entered incorrectly in the district's records.
• The password reset email may be in your spam folder, please check for any emails you may have missed.
• The account may be associated with another parent.

Since the student's information is stored on the school or district's end, we are unable to access that information to assist you with getting access to the account. We recommend contacting the school or district directly since they are the ones who have access to that information and can help recover your account.
