I created an account but am unable to access it via my password. I am not receiving an email to reset my password.

Good morning. I am not sure what is happening. I am unable to access using my password. I have requested a reset and I am yet to receive same. Please help.
I see many people are saying the same, I am unable to log in. I keep getting the same message that my password is incorrect... it is not incorrect but still opted to change my password & have yet to receive an email to do so. I ended up creating a whole new log in with my work email and the exact same problem again.
