Unable to access Parent Portal

I am unable to access portal to view who my sons teacher is this year. We are new to the school district and am already concerned at the lack of clear and consistent communication, constantly changing open house dates etc. And getting any help is proving to be nearly impossible. Can someone please tell me how I can get access to the parent portal?

@Cjzaffuto It is highly likely that the Parent Portal has been disabled for the Summer. If you are new to the district it is also likely that you do no have the appropriate Access ID/Access Password to link yourself to your student.
