Currently, we do not have this report available to show if the students did not take a core class during the school year. However, this would be a great Enhancement Request!
You can log this as an Enhancement Request on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at this. This article should walk you through how to raise an Enhancement Request.
In the meanwhile, you can also review this document: master-schedule-pdf-report to provide you an overall schedule based on Teacher.
