I'm currently working on a user's iPad that is unable to export PDF's from Schoology. The user was able to open up a PDF they posted, press share, and then send it to Drive, Files, Notability, etc. Now when they try to do it, there's just a blank white box. They are on V 2023.05.1. I also tried the same process on an iPad running an older version and I was able to get it to work no problem.
Is anyone else also experiencing this?
This issue was due to a bug that was resolved in the 2023.05.2 version. We recommend that the user update to the most recent Schoology App version (version 2023.05.2) and that should fix the issue.
